QUIKSILVER ‘KING OF THE GROMS’ SURF SERIES KICKS OFF U.S. TOUR ON JUNE 9 AT DISNEY ORLANDO

After the Completation of the British KOTG earlier this week the scene is ready for the US Series to kick off.The regional winners will be able to compete in the Quicksilver King Of The Groms glabal finals this fall in France

"Huntington Beach, CA (June 7, 2010) – Quiksilver’s ‘King of the Groms’ 2010 U.S. tour will kick off with an east coast regional qualifying event hosted by Disney Orlando’s Typhoon Wave Pool on Wednesday, June 9. Quiksilver King of the Groms is one of the most unique surf competitions in the world, showcasing the best young surf talent, ages 16 and under. Finalists from each of the regional qualifying events held in Brazil, Tahiti, Europe, the U.S. and in other countries throughout the world will move on to compete at the prestigious global final held at the Quiksilver Pro France in late September."
